Bring us in

Facilitation and consultancy.

When a group needs to think, decide and move together — or a leader needs a clear-eyed view of what is really in the way — we bring an impartial, rigorous presence to the room.

When to bring us in

Some rooms need someone who isn’t in the fight.

  • An away-day or strategy session that has to produce real decisions, not just discussion.
  • A team stuck behind unspoken tension that keeps derailing the work.
  • Change with high stakes and strong feelings, where the plan keeps stalling.
  • A board or partnership that has to align before it can move.
  • A difficult multi-party conversation no one inside can fairly chair.
How we facilitate

Impartial to the content. Rigorous on the process.

We don’t arrive with the answer. We create the conditions for the group to surface what matters, hold difference honestly, and reach decisions people actually own — without making matters worse. The content stays yours; the quality of the process is ours to hold.

A good session doesn’t just decide the thing in the room. It leaves the group more able to decide the next one.

Beyond the room

Consultancy on the conditions for resolution.

Sometimes the work is wider than a single session — advising leaders and organisations on the culture, structures and habits that let resolution happen, and on how resolving capacity is built and sustained over time. Where that becomes development, it flows naturally into Leaders and Home Teams.

Our design test

Every offer has to answer four questions.

The same test runs across everything we do. Here is how facilitation and consultancy answer it.

What does it form?
A group more able to think, decide and move together — and conditions that make resolution more likely.
How is it practised?
Impartial, well-designed sessions and advisory work; separate and joint conversations where they help.
What becomes visible?
Honest discussion, decisions people own, and momentum where there was stalling.
How is it evidenced over time?
Decisions that hold, a group that argues better, and capacity that outlasts our involvement.

No pitch and no pressure — just a conversation about what’s happening, and whether we’re the right people to help.
