A trusted neutral, when it matters most.
When a relationship, a team or an agreement has stopped moving, we step in as an impartial third party — protecting a fair process and helping people find a way forward, without making matters worse.
Some situations can’t be resolved from the inside.
When people are too close, too senior, or too entangled to hold a fair process themselves, an impartial third party changes what’s possible.
- A dispute that keeps returning and won’t settle.
- Two people who can no longer work — or speak — together.
- A team stuck behind worn-down, sometimes toxic, relationships.
- A negotiation or partnership at an impasse.
- A formal grievance that needs a fair, confidential process.
- A family or family business at breaking point.
Three arenas, one discipline.
Workplace & team
Grievances, breakdowns between colleagues, and whole-team conflict — resolved with impartiality and confidentiality, so people can work together again, or part well.
Commercial & partnership
Co-founders, partners, shareholders, suppliers and clients — disputes that threaten value, relationships and reputation, worked towards a wise, durable agreement.
Family & intergenerational
Family business, succession, inheritance and the relationships beneath them — held with care where the personal and the practical are inseparable.
A fair process, protected.
Mediation is voluntary and confidential. We stay impartial — we don’t take sides, impose a verdict, or decide who is right. We create the conditions in which people can speak honestly, understand what’s really at stake, and decide for themselves what happens next.
Sometimes that’s a way forward together. Sometimes it’s a clean parting, or simply moving on well. Either way the aim is the same: to restore movement without making matters worse.
We do more than resolve the immediate difficulty. We help people leave more able to meet the next one.
Every offer has to answer four questions.
The same test runs across everything we do. Here is how mediation answers it.
Not yet a dispute?
If someone needs to move but can’t quite yet — or a relationship is strained but not broken — that in-between work is Mediative Coaching. For individuals carrying responsibility, see Coaching.
Something not moving?
No pitch and no pressure — just a conversation about what’s happening, and whether we’re the right people to help you move forward.
